After trying out dozens of different makes & models
After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!) - Purchased a New car

The car is good, but when I’m in ev mode and when I’m in a situation where I need my car to excoriate it stalls. When I was trying to enter a freeway the car stalled and I almost got hit by a semi truck. I have taken the car into a couple of dealership and they can’t find the problem. This problem needs to be fixed or I or someone else is going to get hurt or killed. - Purchased a New car

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent. - Purchased a New car

The car itself - if all the issues ever get fixed - would be a great car. Unfortunately, always beware the dealership. While the employees try to be helpful, management stands in their way. Already filed a lemon law notice with Hyundai - Purchased a New car
