Loved this car model still own one to this day!
Love this car and model have owned 2 Q5’s reliable one of mine had 195,000 miles and still no check engine lights or major repairs had to be done on it. Can’t stress enough how much I love this car! I do wish though the premium model came with the backup camera and the lane assist but that’s only in the premium plus models. - Purchased a Used car

Don’t buy
Don’t buy one of these vehicles. The timing chain let go and ended up cratering the engine. Burns oil like crazy. Endless repairs. Avoid this vehicle!! - Purchased a Used car

Best car we’ve owned yet
My hubby is over 6 feet tall n struggles to fit into any car comfortably, until we found the q5. He loves it. We live in an extreme Colorado environment in the mountains, snow, ice, rain, we’ve got it. And steep mountain roads with lots of curves. It’s effortless on the extreme stuff and we love it - Purchased a Used car

Best highway car I have ever driven
I really enjoyed this ride. Comfortable seating that fits 6 foot 3 inch people, It offers great sound system with CD and Sirius radio capability. Excellent driver vision allowing you to see more of what is in front of you. Car safety features is comforting and the Q5 handles extremely well in all weather conditions s. The V-6 gives it extra power for quick acceleration. - Purchased a Used car

Don't Buy
This model is smaller than the A8. And it's suppose to be a SUV? There is basically NO room in this vehicle and it drives very hard. I was and still am totally dissatisfied and disappointed in this model. I strongly advise everyone to pass on buying any Audi Q5. - Purchased a Used car

Needs oil every 3 weeks
It is a great vechicle to drive... but it needs oil every 3 weeks. I am surprised to see great reviews here. It is a known issue just google Audi oil problem. Audi reluctantly acknowledge the issue, but to fix the issue requires rebuilding the engine. It had other problems over the years: squicking breaks, many recalls, etc. I would not recommend this car because of the oil and reliability issues. - Purchased a New car

My favorite car until the parkingbrake malfunction
Had my 2011 Q5 for 4 years with no problems until two weeks ago. I was driving about 50 mph on the highway when my parking brake malfunction light came on my dashboard. Moments later my car came to a complete stop and I was unable to move causing a 3 car pile up. Audi had their enginneers look at my car and they decided they are not at fault as another car hit me. - Purchased a Used car
