Bought this escape in Feb 2025 traders 2020 escape. The escape interior was comfortable, the seats never bothered me or wife, but passenger seat is painful to sit in! The material doesn't support your, causing your back to hurt! Notified FORD but they don't care! No return calls from Ford escalation team! Dont't waste YOUR MONEY ON A FORD! - Purchased a New car

I purchased this car as a new unit.
I purchased this car as a new unit. However other than the fact that the cargo area has pet hairs the interior was like new. There is a noticeable engine vibration while at a stop with engine engaged. As well as a worrisome vibration emanating from the driveline. Dealership suggested that my "NEW" factory tires and wheels could need balancing. Keeping in mind this is a new car with only 32 miles . It is noted having all wheels and tires balanced by an independent garage made no difference. The best the selling dealership could do is give me an appointment for mid March. I don't know if what I am experiencing is a one off or if the system is awash with affected Ford Escapes. - Purchased a New car

It’s been a great car for the past few months.
It’s been a great car for the past few months. The 2.0 engine has the perfect amount of power to get around and the 8 speed does a decent job. I love the exterior and interior styling. Great driving position and overall feel. My only complaint is the sometimes slow infotainment screen, especially on startup when I go to use the climate controls. Other than that I love the technology and features you can get in this car! - Purchased a New car
