My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone. - Purchased a Used car

I love a Honda as a child I always wanted ones I purchased a 2018 6years ago. This car has to many we just replace the turbo and now they saying the motor. Honda is horrible now I would not recommend at all. It’s a group on facebook that had over 500 people complaining about these cars from 2018-2023 and Honda isn’t doing anything about it. I was reading the lowest reviews and found one similar to mine. I've owned the car for 6 years. I don't live far from work. The car reached 45k miles and has been having engine misfires. I've replaced coils, and spark plugs and fuel injectors with no resolution. Don't buy it. - Does not recommend

2018 Honda Accord Touring
Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota.... - Purchased a New car

Accord hybrid trust me is awesome
Bought new 2018 Honda accord hybrid 1. Mpg using paddles 59mpg highway and 109 mpg city must pay attention to your driving left paddle slow down when stop light off sign. When cruising on highway off ramp again use left paddle to slow down. Charging battery works great. 2. Electronic gear control yea you have to get use to using it. It’s futuristic if you can learn new things. 3. Linking with Apple phone is easy and listening to YouTube on long trips is perfect through Bluetooth car speakers sounds great. 4. Michelin Tires that come with car wore out early. Michelin honored warranty replaced with climate 2 tires are the best in wet/snow. 5. If you take care of your Honda like an airplane you never will have problems except for being old like me warring out. 6. Ps always buy extended manufacturers warranty zero ded is very cheap with honda because they don’t brake down. This gives you a higher value when selling later on. I pray this help anyone that buys a honda hybrid accord. - Purchased a New car

First and LAST Honda. UNRELIABLE
Do not buy this car. If you do you will regret it. It is not reliable at all, Been to the shop more than I have been on the road. I have not even taken this car on a long distance drive the farthest I have driven was 48 miles. This should tell you something, these engines are nothing to mess with if your warranty is up GET OUT. Fuel injectors constant replacing of sparks. CONSTANT MISFIRES. Now i am dealing with a mystery sudden loss of power no engine light and it is appearing to be fine when it is not. This car is a TICKING TIME BOMB. If you disregard this information, I just pray you have $$ for these repairs, Honda will not support you if the engine fails. I’ve owned this for 7 MONTHS… Worst mistake EVER buying a Honda - Purchased a Used car

I brought this car new and I never had more issues with a car than this and I owed Hondas all my life, my manual drive was gone by the time i reach 50,000 miles, my safety features was shot so i had to replace them - Purchased a New car

A dream to drive, a dream to own
This is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, which is saying something because I previously had 2 different BMWs (which were fun to drive at first but quickly turned to huge headaches). I have a 1.5t Sport and this car is surprisingly fun for the little engine and CVT. In Sport mode, it even sounds way meatier than it should. Highway driving is smooth and serene, and the LKA and adaptive cruise make road trips a pleasure. Gas mileage is also impressive for a larger car - just got back from a 1300 mile road trip and averaged about 35mpg. Still love the look of the car - the sport wheels add a lot to the sport back look of the car. The climate controls do weird things sometimes and I wish there was a trunk release on the trunk, but my gripes are minor. I’ve had oil changes and had to change fuel injectors recently, but it’s never left me stranded (like the Bimmers did!). I’ve put about 35k miles on it and think I will continue to enjoy it for some time. Just a great all around car and amazing value. - Purchased a New car
