Drives like it's crazy!
Does not drive well. After they finally balanced the front tires. It was given to me in terrible driving conditions. Service dept doesn't listen to women! Assumed in was my driving. Front end alignment, suspension, etc is terribly out of wack. Drives all over the road. Safety features often fail, automatic braking system, cruise control breaking, etc. Nail biting to drive. - Purchased a New car

Excellent small SUV for a great price
We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size. - Purchased a New car

Great small AWD SUV
This is car is a small SUV with all wheel drive. It has everything I need. The only complaint is the trunk size is small so taking kids to their sporting event if they have a lot of gear that is the limiting factor. Overall, I enjoy my car. - Purchased a New car

Happy Lexus NX300 Lease
I am very happy with this car. I intentionally went down in size from my previous Lexus RX350 to achieve easier driving and parking spot fits. While the NX300 is good, and fits that bill, it does have some areas where I hit my head on the roof and the size is just a bit small for us. We are tall people and it turns out that this vehicle is just a bit tight for us. I will likely return to RX on my next lease period. I recommend the NX300 but caution larger people to its size limitations. - Purchased a New car

park place plano tx sales lied to us on rules of l
Toyota Lexus customer no care wont stand behind the crappy fake chrome wheels that are peeling . my vehicle has 15k miles on it and a sticker value of $45k. they said its a wear and tear item - xxxxxxxx! they had a untrained stuffed shirt service manager named Richard at park place Plano tx told corporate there was nothing wrong with them. I offered photos and was told by corporate that not necessary we are declining any action. my response was that I wouldn't be purchasing after lease term corporate said ok do it. at that time I found out about the lies and fine print and secret fees associated with lease terms. its constructed by lawyers to screw the customer. F.O. Toyota Lexus! my other 2 vehicles are Hondas with over 175k miles on both and will go there and buy from now on. - Purchased a New car
