2011-2013 Infiniti Timing Chain Issue

The problem: Factory-installed timing chains may be defective.
Vehicles affected by service bulletin:
- 2011 Infiniti QX56
- 2012 Infiniti QX56
- 2013 Infiniti QX56
- 2011 Infiniti M56
- 2012 Infiniti M56
- 2013 Infiniti M56
Corrective action: Dealers will replace timing chains and repair any related engine damage.
