The problem: Affected vehicles may exhibit an incorrect illuminated warning light for the lane departure warning system or the adaptive LED headlights. Under certain driving conditions, the forward-sensing camera may detect a dirty windshield even when the windshield is clean. These may be due to a defective forward-sensing camera.
Vehicles affected by this service campaign:
2016 Mazda CX3 (with adaptive cruise control, built before July 22,2015)
Corrective action: Dealers will replace the forward-sensing camera.
Warranty info: This service campaign is being performed free of charge under the Mazda Limited New Vehicle Warranty.
