For 2023, the G80’s interior sees a new convex design for its multimedia controller. G80 2.5Ts with the Sport Prestige Package now get a 12.3-inch 3D digital instrument cluster that was exclusive to the V-6 model. These models also get bigger 19-inch alloy wheels, alloy pedals, monobloc front brakes, a driver attention monitor and new sport aluminum trim. Standard safety equipment for the G80 includes a blind spot monitor, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision warning and lane departure steering assist.

Powertrains for the 2023 G80 are carried over from the outgoing model. The 300-horsepower, turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder still serves as the base engine, with the 375-hp, twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6 remaining available as an option. Both engines are mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard on the 2.5T, and all-wheel drive is optional; the 3.5T comes only with AWD. RWD 2.5T models get an EPA-rated 22/32/26 mpg city/highway/combined, while the AWD 2.5T gets 22/30/25 mpg. Meanwhile, the 3.5T has a fuel economy rating of 16/25/19 mpg.
