Chevrolet’s compact sedan is getting redesigned for 2016, and the automaker is hinting that the changes will be big. The new Cruze will be both larger and lighter than the outgoing model and feature new powertrains as well as more available safety and tech systems; it will be one of the first Chevrolets to offer Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Chevrolet also says the new Cruze will bring an element of sophistication to the brand’s small-car lineup; from the teaser image, the new model’s styling looks more upscale. Its overall more angular face wears a wider grille and restyled headlights and fog lights.

The full car will be unveiled in Detroit on June 24. Check back for details.
