Dodge Recalls 83,500 Journeys Over Dim Side Reflectors
Dimly lit amber side reflex reflectors have prompted the latest recall from Stellantis of some 83,500 Dodge Journey SUVs.

Affected vehicles include model-year 2017-18 Journeys. The amber-colored side reflex reflector located within the headlight may not appear bright enough, which could reduce or prevent the vehicle’s visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy is currently under development, but Dodge parent Stellantis will begin notifying owners Nov. 8. Those with further questions can call the automaker at 800-853-1403 (Dodge’s number for this recall is Z99), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236, or visit its website to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
