Here's What the 2021 Nissan Murano Costs

On sale now, the 2021 Nissan Murano will set you back $780 more than it previously did. A late addition to the 2021 model year, Nissan’s mid-size SUV starts at $33,605 (all prices include destination), up from $32,825 for 2020. That gets you a Murano S, the lowest of four available trim levels. The S has the steepest price increase — more on that later — but things plateau a bit more after that, with prices up less than $300 on higher trims.

Here’s how the trim levels stack up:
- S: $33,605 (up $780)
- SV: $36,735 (up $280)
- SL: $41,105 (up $130)
- Platinum: $45,155 (up $130)
Those are the prices for front-wheel-drive models. All-wheel drive, available on every trim, adds $1,550, a savings of $50 over 2020’s AWD. The sizable price increase on base trims comes with additional standard safety features: Automatic emergency braking remains standard, but a host of other safety technologies — pedestrian detection, rear automatic braking, a blind spot warning system with rear cross-traffic alert, high-beam assist and lane departure warning with Intelligent Lane Intervention — are now also standard; previously, such features came in a $650 Technology Package on the 2020 Murano S.
Dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless access and an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard on the Murano S. SV models add power-adjustable front seats and remote start, among other features. An SV Special Edition Package ($2,530) replaces last year’s SV Premium Package. It adds a panoramic moonroof, 360-degree camera system, heated leatherette seats and unique 20-inch wheels. Stepping up to the SL trim includes major additions such as leather upholstery, a memory driver’s seat, Bose premium audio, and heated front and rear seats. Beyond that, the Platinum adds a panoramic moonroof, semi-aniline leather and cooled front seats.
Nissan says the 2021 Murano is on sale now. The outgoing 2020 model, meanwhile, has some attractive savings in the final weeks of December.
