Cash Deals

Dealer lease cash: $2,000 (Accord), $1,700 (Accord hybrid)

Dealer lease cash is a payment from the manufacturer to the dealer for each vehicle leased. How much of this amount the dealer passes to the customer will vary. This money may be applied toward the down payment or may be used to reduce the capitalized cost, i.e., the amount being financed through the lease. Reducing the capitalized cost results in lower monthly payments.

Lease loyalty: $750 (Accord, Accord hybrid)

Lease loyalty is a cash offer available to current owners or lessees of an automaker’s other products (in this case, that includes Honda and Acura vehicles). Typically, qualifying for a lease loyalty offer does not require you to trade in your current vehicle or terminate your existing lease.

Purchase loyalty: $750 (Accord, Accord hybrid)

Identical to a lease-loyalty incentive except available to customers buying their new vehicle, a purchase-loyalty offer applies to shoppers who already own or lease another of the manufacturer’s vehicles. This offer is only valid for buyers who finance their purchase through Honda Financial Services.

Model Program Type Maximum Cash Back Percent of MSRP*
Accord Lease cash $2,000 6.7%
Accord Lease loyalty $750 2.5%
Accord Purchase loyalty $750 2.5%
Accord hybrid Lease cash $1,700 5.7%
Accord hybrid Lease loyalty $750 2.5%
Accord hybrid Purchase loyalty $750 2.5%

Lease Deals

The following lease offers are all valid nationwide. All have three-year terms with an annual allowance of 10,000 miles, or 30,000 miles total. Effective monthly payment is a metric created by Cars.com to allow for the comparison of leases with different down payments and term lengths. It is the total of all costs of the lease (amount due at signing, monthly payments and any other charges) divided by the number of months in the lease.

Model Trim Term (Months) Monthly Payment Due at Signing Effective Monthly
Accord LX 36 $229 $3,999 $340
Accord SE 36 $249 $4,399 $371
Accord hybrid Hybrid Sport 36 $309 $3,999 $420
