How Much Is the 2026 Lexus TX?
The Lexus TX is the Japanese luxury brand’s three-row family hauler, offering seats for six or seven, depending on the trim level. Introduced for the 2024 model year, the TX is little changed for 2026, with a new paint color joining the palette for non-F Sport trims and a panoramic moonroof now standard on the range-topping TX 550h+ plug-in hybrid.
Despite the TX being nearly identical to the 2025 model, Lexus is charging $500 more for most trim levels of the 2026 SUV, while the base price of the TX 550h+ jumps $2,300. The 2026 Lexus TX starts at $57,090 (all prices include $1,450 destination charge).

The 2026 Lexus TX is on sale now. Full line pricing is as follows. All-wheel drive is a $1,600 option on the TX 350; the TX 350 F Sport Handling, TX 500h and TX 550h+ are AWD only.

Powertrain Specs and MPG
The TX is available with quite a variety of powertrains: a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, the same engine with hybrid assistance and a plug-in hybrid V-6. The TX 350 and TX 500h can tow up to 5,000 pounds, but towing is not recommended with the 550h+.
- TX 350: Turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine; 275 horsepower and 317 pounds-feet of torque; eight-speed automatic transmission; front-wheel drive (base, Premium and Luxury) or AWD (base, Premium, Luxury and F Sport Handling)
- Fuel economy: Manufacturer-estimated 21/27/23 mpg city/highway/combined (FWD) or 20/26/23 mpg (AWD)
- TX 500h: Turbocharged 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine and two electric motors; total of 366 hp; six-speed automatic transmission; AWD
- Fuel economy: Manufacturer-estimated 27/28/27 mpg
- TX 550h+: 5-liter V-6 engine, two electric motors and an 18.1-kilowatt-hour battery; total of 404 hp; continuously variable automatic transmission; AWD

Trim Levels
Buyers who need seven seats can only go with the regular gas-powered TX 350; a middle-row bench is standard in the base trim level and available in the Premium and Luxury trims. The two hybrid models include second-row captain’s chairs as standard equipment; the middle bench seat is not available.
Other standard equipment on the entry-level TX 350 includes keyless entry and starting, 20-inch wheels, LED exterior lighting, windshield-wiper de-icers and a hands-free power liftgate. The TX 350’s cabin features synthetic leather upholstery, heated and power-adjustable front seats, a heated steering wheel with power tilt and telescoping, multi-zone automatic climate control and ambient lighting. In-car tech consists of wireless phone charging, 12 speakers, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 14-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
On the gas-powered TX 350, the Premium adds a panoramic moonroof, driver’s seat memory settings and ventilated front seats. The Luxury trim level includes semi-aniline leather upholstery, heated outboard second-row seats and upgraded ambient lighting.
The F Sport Handling trim adds unique front and rear bumpers, heated and ventilated second-row captain’s chairs, 22-inch wheels and a sport-tuned suspension with adaptive shock absorbers.
The TX 500h F Sport Performance Premium includes the AWD hybrid powertrain, the F Sport Handling suspension and 22-inch wheels. It is otherwise equipped the same as the gas-powered Premium minus the panoramic moonroof.
The hybrid F Sport Performance Luxury adds the panoramic roof back in and gains a 21-speaker Mark Levinson sound system and a rearview mirror camera that gives the driver a clear view aft even if their line of sight is obstructed by passengers or cargo. The TX 550h+ includes everything from the hybrid Luxury trim, plus the plug-in hybrid powertrain.
Standard and Available Safety Features
Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 is standard on every 2026 TX and includes forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-centering steering, adaptive cruise control, road-sign recognition and automatic high beams. Front and rear parking sensors, blind spot monitors and rear cross-traffic alert are also standard.
Traffic-jam assist and front cross-traffic alert are optional on every TX in the Convenience Package, and a 360-degree camera system and automated parking are optional on the TX 350 Premium and Luxury, as well as the hybrids. A head-up display is optional on the TX 350 Luxury and standard on the hybrids.
