There has been a lot of hype surrounding the introduction of Ford’s MyFord Touch system, and Cars.com reviewer Mike Hanley was lucky enough to get an up-close tour from user interface design engineer Jason Johnson. Called the MyLincoln Touch in Lincoln models like the MKX featured in this video, the system offers enough bells and whistles to add up to a minor revolution in how drivers interact with their cars.
