The 2023 GMC Acadia has continued to be a strong seller for GMC with the mid-size family hauler being a key component in the brand’s SUV sales machine. GMC is leaving the core formula intact for 2023, only adding new exterior colors at a revised starting price of $38,195 (pricing includes destination).
The Acadia’s lone updates for 2023 are the addition of three new exterior colors (Volcanic Red Tintcoat, Sterling Metallic and Ultra Blue Metallic) and a standard wrapped steering wheel on SLT, AT4 and Denali trims
Otherwise, powertrains are the same, with virtually all models featuring a standard turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that makes 228 horsepower and is mated to a nine-speed automatic. SLT and Denali trims get an optional naturally aspirated 3.6-literV-6 that makes 310 hp and is also mated to a nine-speed automatic, while the off-road-themed AT4 makes the V-6 standard.
