CARS.COM — Though SUVs are the hottest vehicles right now, it’s shaping up to be the year of the mid-size sedan, first with the launch of the redesigned 2018 Toyota Camry and now the debut of a redesigned version of its chief rival: the Honda Accord. The 2018 Accord is scheduled to arrive this fall.

We’ve seen renderings and camouflaged versions of the 2018 Accord, but today at 11 a.m. Eastern time, we’ll get our first look at the production car. It’s expected to place a greater emphasis on styling and will be powered by a choice of turbocharged four-cylinder engines. A hybrid version will also be offered.

Detroit Bureau Chief Aaron Bragman will be on the ground for today’s event, so check back later today for all the details on the car. Honda will also be livestreaming the reveal on YouTube here.
