We asked whether a gas, diesel or hybrid car would get the best fuel economy in our latest mileage challenge, where we pitted the Volkswagen Golf TDI, Mini Cooper and Honda CR-Z against each other. It’s a question many Facebook users were curious about — the results raked in the most attention this week, mostly from VW fans. Ranking second was more small car news. We ranked the affordability of small cars when equipped with the same features.
