Morganton Honda

Most of the deal was done over the phone and went very smoothly. Trade in was well over a competing Honda dealer and no bogus add on fees for floor mats or nitrogen in the tires! Well worth the extra drive. The in-person portion went equally well. Karen was our salesperson and did a great job. She went over the key features well and helped me pair my phone prior to leaving the lot. The whole process was the quickest I have done buying a new car and would have been quicker except for enjoying the people and talking with them.

I went in to get my rear brakes changed. Next thing I know the supervisor comes out with an estimate of $1300! Apparently there was brake fluid leak and my brake calipers were ruined. I had NO bake fluid issues whatsoever prior. Then all of my warning lights popped up on the dash when I had nothing wrong with my car. My ebrake locked my wheels up! My car was in the shop for 2 weeks!! I had to make sure I wasn’t paying for any of the damage they tried to put on me. They wouldn’t give me a rental for free but I said “as long as you guys dont charge me anything for ruining my car and fixing it then I’ll let y’all slide without giving me a free rental. I had to call up my mechanic friends and families who works at different Honda dealerships and they all stated that Honda of Morganton caused all the damage and tried to blame it on me. My friends and family knew exactly how they messed my car up Bc coming in for brake changes should not have resulted in that mess. I appreciate Honda fixing their wrong but I don’t want anyone to go there for any maintenance work or anything at all. Go elsewhere.

Karen at Morganton Honda was a dream to work with. I felt like I had known her for years. I normally dread car but within the first 2 minutes of speaking with Karen, I knew I had someone I could trust! This dealership made me feel like they had my best interest at heart which is a rare occurrence in car buying! I live in Asheville NC but will make the 45 minute trip for all my car buying needs!

Absolutely the best car buying experience we've had in a long time. Brandon was awesome showing us the vehicle and processing the sale. We received a fair price for our trade and a good deal on the Jeep we purchased. The entire process was less than 2 hours and we were on the road enjoying our new ride. Thanks Morganton Honda, my husband is extremely happy with his new Jeep. I hope to be back to get me a new ride some day.

I was extremely happy with how quick they made the process! I bought a newly used Jeep from them after trading in my vehicle. They gave me an unbeatable trade in price for my vehicle and were very patient while I got things lined up with my bank for the new purchase. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't "spiffed up" before I came to pick it up after the weekend, nor was I offered any complimentary service offers which is really helpful not only to customers but helps bring people back to them in the future. Every other dealership I've been to will detail the vehicle inside and out and fill it with gas before you pick up, and in addition offer at least a free oil change to keep you coming back for routine maintenance. While I do realize I bought a Jeep from a Honda dealer and they may be limited to the services they offer to used vehicles, I still feel that the customer experience is the most important. In addition knowledge of the vehicles you are selling is imperative! Luckily, I had done my own research prior to my inquiry of the new vehicle but the sales team/management could not answer basic questions I had regarding features of the particular vehicle. Again I realize Jeeps aren't their specialty but knowledge of any product you're selling will take you a long way! Over all it was a great experience, very fast, great trade in value and got the vehicle I came for, for a great price!

Just purchased a new CR-V from these folks and I can't say enough about how good they are to deal with. No pressure, no complicated day long process. We were there three hours and done! Complete satisfaction! Let me preface by stating that I would rather have a tooth extracted than enter the doors of a car dealership. I decided to attempt the process through the internet. Terra was my contact, and she did exactly what she said that she would do. She called, emailed and text as promised and at a specific time. After 3 negotiations, I was comfortable with the out-the-door price. Benny then handled the paperwork and delivered the vehicle to my front door. It was the most pleasant buying experience that I have had. I literally sat in my great room, wearing my fattest pants, sipping wine and bought a vehicle. I would highly recommend Morganton Honda.
