2010 MAZDA 3

5 star overall. I do have a couple of things that I need to contact the dealer about but I know the process will be good.

Car service

We brought our car in for service 2 weeks ago and had the worst experience in years. After checked in on time, I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes without any help. I went to the receptionist desk to follow-up to see what happened, and she informed me that they did not know what happened to the designated staff in the service department. WTH??? Then, I went back to wait for another 20 minutes, and a service rep. came up to me to give me a fist pump telling me that he will assist me. Another WTH...!!! Seriously??? Not to mention it took me 3 weeks to be able to get this pre-paid service and appointment. There was no loaner car. I had to pay for a rental out of my pocket. To make it worse, the dealer people told me to drop the car off at Land Rover Encino, so they will return the car to Enterprise for me. Guess what... the car went missing and did not get returned 4 days later. I got constant calls from Enterprise to ask for their car back. This was a nightmare. Our family has been owning numerous luxurious automobile brands, but this was the first horrific experience of car service we've had ever.

John Mcbee, my service advisor, was very thoughtful and thorough in helping me and making suggestions. I must include that my "77 Range Rover Sport was hardly the most important vehicle he had to attend to that day. The waiting lounge is extremely comfortable, and all the staff very cordial> Thanks Again! Darcy

Bill Carroll is the best

Bill Carroll is the absolute best... I have purchased 4 or 5 cars from him over the last 26 years... I lost track of him for 3 years, but I'm so glad I found him again!! He is easy going, helpful, knowledgeable and facilitates the deal in every way.
