Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Bought the RAM 1500 Laramie 4x4 about a month ago. Very pleased overall. While I knew going in it would be a gas guzzler, buyers should take gas mileage into consideration when buying. That said, the truck handles very well, is great on long drives, and interior is exceptional. Beautiful design overall

This place is top notch. I bought a vehicle back in 2023. I called them to have them send me a picture of a truck that I wanted from them that had already sold. They informed me that I could have them do all the modifications at there shop. So I shopped the country and I bought a truck in Tennessee and had it shipped to Krietz Customs in Maryland. They fit me in, and I had it shipped to my house in Massachusetts. I was so impressed with how easy of a process this was. This company is top notch! My wife and I happen to be in Maryland for a wedding about a year later with my truck. I wanted to have new custom upper control arms done on it so I swung by and met all of the friendly people I had only met on the phone a year prior. I was so impressed that they were able to fit me in with the limited time we have. Thank you guys for being a company I can trust and count on. After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. Called Bobby from Georgia I received an immediate response. Amir reached out And sent Me a video of the vehicle inside and out . I flew in arrived at the dealership the paper work was ready , Amir was wonderful ensuring the vehicle was safe to travel. Diana in service phenomenal did a once over oil change was done and ensured tire pressure was good addressed small concerns immediately.
