Shouldn't be that difficult

Airbag recall. I was told it would be an hour or two ..4 hours later I get it back. That was crazy. Not going to recommend honda any more.

I contact Liz Parker online internet coordinator and she was so, professional, she answer all my cuestion about a vehicle, I love Hondas and i always recommend to my family and friends.

Incompetent, Uncaring, Scammers

I went in for a recall on a dangerous airbag. I got the car back with the airbag warning light on. Appletree says that is a total coincidence that my airbag light came on and had nothing to do with their service. They refused to look at my car without first charging me over $120 diagnostic fee to plug car to their code reader. Manager made me wait for him to have meeting then had it out with me on the floor in front of over a dozen people instead of talking in his office. Recently had Appletree quote me 1800 to fix busted boot and bushings. Another reputable garage in town said they can replace it new for under 300. They were laughing at how Appletree was quoting me separately on parts that come as part of the same assembly. Honda just lost a customer.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are completely profit centered and do not care about the customer at all. I was intimidated and harrassed into buying a vehicle even though, I had discussed my financial situation and reasoning for saying no several times with the sales rep, but still pushed into the purchase of the vehicle. When I called the sales manager, Matt S, I was still lefy with no help or any answered questions. This was my first vehicle purchase and was a terrible one due to my lack of knowledge and being took advantage of because I am a young, single female.

Sales rep used intimidation and harrassment to make a sale!

DO NOT BUY HERE! Bad, bad very bad experience. I am a young, single female and was took advantage of, intimidated and harrassed into purchasing a vehicle by sales rep, David G. I told him no several times and he made me feel sorry for him and used my credit as a way to get to me. He called/text me constantly and when I came back, he told me I "was not leaving without a car." When I tried to bring it back he would not let me, even though my loan had not went through yet. When asked to speak with his supervisor he would not respond to me. When I finally did speak to the supervisor, Matt S, he was just as uselss and did not seem to care about any of the wrong doings. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will never buy from here again.

I sent an email about a car, they called and left a message because I was at work and before I could get back to them they emailed me telling me it had been sold.

Don?t use Apple Tree.

Do not use apple tree Honda. The service is slow, the staff is unhelpful canit do anything without management and the inspection staff is rude. It takes at least 3 hours or more to sing paperwork. Do not buy your car here Asheville. Drive to Hickory Johnston City or Greenville. You will be back home sooner happier and with more money in your pocket.

Terrible service

On a Monday afternoon I submitted an online credit application to purchase a used Jeep Wrangler. Every day I made multiple attempts to find out the status of my application and kept being told it was still being processed. I received alerts from the credit bureaus that my credit had been pulled and yet still it was being processed. Four days later when I once again email asking for an update, the salesman informs me that the Jeep I was looking at sold the night before. Had tJeep before that someone else came along. Now my credit score has dropped from the inquiries and the Jeep I wanted is gone. I?ve never been so upset with a dealership. I do not recommend these people to ANYONE
