Everyone was very friendly. Overall positive experience. The only negative would be having the window sticker show the vehicle came with a warranty and them advising it was an error. I feel they should have honored that.

I always give a score one less of the highest possible because there is always room for improvement. My sales person was Luis Fernandez. He not only listened to what I needed he made sure to look through inventory to find exactly the car I wanted. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and great to talk to. Ivan is the manager and he too made a genuine effort to find the car I needed and not one just to make a sale. David the finance person gave me a great percentage I was able to purchase the car I needed but really wanted. Overall it was a great experience and recommend Lexus of Cerritos as the dealership to consider when buying a car.
