As usual, my scheduled maintenance went seamlessly and the service advisor was polite and professional. I received a coupon in the mail for a $69.00 schedule "B" service. I think if a customer doesn't want or need tire rotation, the price should be discounted to $59.00. One observation I had during my visit was a lack of available hand sanitizer, throughout the facility, I didn't see any on the front reception desk, on the sales floor or in the waiting area and coffee counter. One would think sanitizer would be everywhere and accessible. There was a hand sanitizer dispenser at the cashier counter, which I noticed as I paid my bill. . Thank-you for your consideration. Knowledgable service people
Service staff and service manager were friendly, knowledgable, and very accommodating. This seems like a very good dealership. Members of my family lease from Tempe Acura and they are very satisfied with the pricing and individual attention they receive when they visit.

2019 RDX Service
Routine periodic service was well done and reasonably priced. Doug, my service writer, was very helpful and, without asking, arranged a loaner vehicle to use during some warranty work. Great place for service.

Hands down best experience!
Charlie was absolutely amazing and kind. Great to speak to made the whole process easy and comfortable. The GM Eddie has really made a staff that feels more like friends than car sales. Finance was a breeze and the exact opposite of the horror stories you hear about going car shopping. All around A experience.

MDX Service
Great experience as always working with Todd. Todd is very professional and thorough each time I work with him which is why I have been bringing my car into this dealership for service for 12yrs. I appreciate the piece of mind I have in handing the vehicle over to my daughter knowing that Acura of Tempe has done a complete inspection and identified and fixed all found issues to keep the car running in top performance.

2020 Acura RDX - oil change
Service adviser Todd Goldhammer was recommended by a trusted friend. I was preparing my car for a 6 hr road trip. He was friendly and open to any answering any technical questions regarding my car, the new smarter engine maintenance design, and other general car questions. I appreciated his willingness to help the Customer and would recommend him to anyone.

Acura of Tempe
My Acura engine lights came on as i was driving home i was able to drive vehicle to Tempe location as gentleman was locking the gate...he stopped and helped me drive car into service lane and showed me where to fill out paperwork and drop keys and asked i if would like him to stay until my wife came to pick me up...being Thanksgiving eve i thanked him and told him no i was fine.... next morning got call from David very helpful in getting car serviced and was able to turn it around same day...many thanks to technician did not get his name for staying over to complete the job... i purchased and have had all my service work done at this location and each and every time it has been a pleasurable experience this time no different.
