Overall, I've had a pleasant experience since I started coming to Stokes Honda in 2018. Merton, the service advisor, was fast, efficient and professional. The service manager Heather was also a joy to speak with (She's been there since I started in 2018). The give printed recommendations and will show photo images from the tech so you can see what the tech is seeing. I do all of my low end maintenance (oil change, wipers, filters) but I have found their recommendations in the past to be reliable and solid. As long as I own a Honda and live in this area I will continue bringing my vehicle here.

The absolute worst. Run from this place. K Armstead is the worst. After leaving the lot had some concerns and they ignored my calls and sat in the offices to hide from me.

I bought a vehicle here about a year ago and the experience was excellent. No hard sale and relaxed. Needed to return to have a computer update and oil change. As always yhe employees are all courteous and respectful. It never takes too much longer than quoted, but all in all it is not like hunting for a car in the 1980's

Last week, I ordered rain guards for my Honda CRV. I went today to have them installed. When I ordered, nobody told me they would charge to install. They wanted $175.00 to install!! Ashley and Damon were AMAZING!!! They informed me of the charge before installing. I asked for a refund. Thank you Ashley and Damon for being honest and helping me out!!!

- [ ] Heres a warning. Avoid YOMI SOYEBO at all costs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. He said TWICE that we would receive free tires for 5 years when we closed the deal. TWICE. To our faces. He was so ecstatic to sell us this car and feed us lies of promises that he CANNOT keep in order to make his cut. Here we are now 1 year and a half later and surprise! it wasnt true. He states that doesnt remember and that hes been doing this for a long time so he would never say anything like that. He said it was the tire hazard coverage that he had on paper but that is NOT what he said when we were sitting in front of him TRUSTING that he would be a man of his word and honor his promises in the future if issues arise. How do you walk around with your head held high knowing that everyday you LIE to people and take their hard earned money? I ABSOLUTELY regret giving my business to Honda Stokes North. We have received nothing but empty promises since purchasing this car. We have dealt with previous services that we included “ forgetting” to secure caps on the wheels and as soon as my husband pulled off the tire pressure light came on. Screw customers safety right? This time the car was taken to have its usual multipoint inspection and service. Everything went well and they did not mention any problems. We JUST got it serviced and now tell us we need tires because the wires are showing (not just one tire but 2) and it is deemed unsafe to drive. Why wasnt this caught during the multipoint inspection? They were showing us prices and deals on tires but we brought up the fact that Yomi told us when we purchased the car that he would give us free tires for 5 years. How delusional would it be of us to walk in here and demand free tires? We were just going by what he said and we thought he would honor his word but quickly found out that he has absolutely no moral compass and just wanted to make a sale. Please take your business somewhere else.
