The service consultant Alex is wonderful. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The service was done quickly but thoroughly and correctly as well. I did not purchase my Mitsubishi from Bergstrom but I will most certainly buy my next car there and always go there to get my cars serviced. I had previously purchased a Chrysler from Bergstrom which was another phenomenal experience. I have to drive more than an hour from home to get to the closest Bergstrom location and it is worth every minute.
