Prompt service, courteous and helpful staff
Very accommodating. I had a toddler with me and was shown the play area and all available amenities. My oil change was done quickly, and I was notified promptly. They even kept the car in the garage so I could load my child indoors. Very pleased!!!!

Berstom Mazda
Greeted well, treated well. Car got lost in back while waiting to have washed. Ended up taking 20-30 minutes longer than it needed to be simply because of miscommunication.

fix tail light
I stopped in with a burned out tail light without appointment and asked if they would have time to replace it. The service advisor checked all lights and had it fixed in no time.

Outstanding Customer Service from the Service Depa
I liked how Kevin in the service department kept me updated while my car was getting repaired. He answered every question that I had. I'm from out of town and I brought my car to him because of an unexpected breakdown. He was able to get it in and looked at right away. He also made sure that he was getting me a good price on the repairs. I wish I lived closer because the I like this Mazda dealership way better than the one that I frequent in my area. I really appreciate all of Kevin's help!!

Justin was great! He was patient throughout the whole process, and wasn't overly pushy. He was easy to get along with and made my first brand new car buying experience a good one. When people ask me, I will always refer them to Justin.

I got in right of way, the problem was looked at and was determined that it will take longer than expected to fix and they offered a loner vehicle as the work was covered under warranty.
