I had an absolute 5-star experience buying my brand-new 2026 RAV4 Woodland at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston! My purchase was a true necessity rather than a personal caprice—my Kia broke. My salesperson, Andrew, went completely above and beyond to accommodate me. The moment I asked for a loaner car, Andrew stepped up immediately to ensure I had safe courtesy transportation so my daily life wouldn't be interrupted. He even patiently helped me move all of my personal belongings out of my old vehicle. Andrew is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely people-oriented. BEST LEASE RATES IN TOWN! Also offers lifetime free oil changes. And the salesman-Josh Woods- was the best I have ever dealt with. He was quick to respond- and he didn't call constantly like some salespeople do. He followed up just the right amount of times and had patience while I made my decision. No pressure!

Unnecessary service recommended. I was told when I arrived they would rotate and balance my tires, but an alignment was also recommended. I later found out from my husband this wasn’t necessary since we just got an alignment last October when we purchased tires from Toyota. And I wasn’t having any issues with steering, etc…He also states they should have checked the tires first to see if it was needed. No alignment report was provided. Hate feeling that they take advantage of women customers this way….especially since I purchased the vehicle from their dealership!

I can ssure you we havent won sales and service awards year after year by trying to take advantage of people. You should have 100% received a print out of your alighnment and if you didn't you should receive 100% of your money back. I don't have enough info to reach out to you directly but if you could please call the store and ask for the GM Steven I'd love to look into this matter right away for you. I apologize for your experience and would love to help right away.
I agree you didn't receive it, I was saying you should have 100% received it as part of our process that we failed so my apologies for not explaining that correctly. Alex has left you a message and has the spec sheet from it to send you that you should have received while you were here. Regardless we didn't follow our process so I have instructed them to refund you the money and email you the printout out as well showing it needed a alignment. Sorry for the inconvenience we've caused and if you can return Alex's call he'll get all that over to you.
I 100% did not receive an alignment report - only the bill.My customer # is 617611. Peter T told me at check in that an alignment was recommended. Now I see that a 65,000 mile service only recommends an alignment CHECK… not an actual alignment unless needed. I did not indicate any problems with my steering or alignment. I had purchased all new tires with an alignment only 9 months previously. The technician servicing my car sent a video of his inspection. He stated my tires looked good…no mention of uneven wear. So why proceed with an alignment? I am very curious about what my alignment report indicates since it was never reviewed with me - nor was I given a copy.

He never hesitated to let us swing back by to test drive, gave us an excellent deal, communicated through the ordering process and most importantly did not pressure us. In and out on paperwork in an hour and a half? Couldn’t ask for more as first time car buyers!
