We typically have a wonderful experience at this dealership, we have purchased 2 cars and gotten all of our service done there. My experience today, however, was disappointing and confusing. I was told that even though I live 13 miles out that it should be fine if the shuttle takes me, I had someone watching my child based on the assumption I was coming home. They weren’t able to accommodate and I adapted the plan and stayed to fix my car. The person that initially greets me informed me of that and said the technician RJ would come by and get me started. RJ never connected and I needed to inform them that my tire kept going flat and that I was concerned about the fluids due to an unusual sound the day before. An hour and a half later I got a brief, unhelpful video telling me my tires were fine and my brakes were good. No one had ever connected with me. I went to go to the technician to see what work needed to be done. He immediately became defensive as I was introducing myself and explaining the situation, saying “I have complete faith in our service department” when I calmly explained that the video didn’t mention the tire being low and the fluids getting checked. He was honestly one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I left having to make an appointment to get my tires patched at Gerald’s and I will ask them to check my fluids because I couldn’t trust this man. His name is RJ and I suggest you ask for someone else if he is assigned to you, especially if you’re a woman. He became incredibly polite and apologetic when my husband arrived. I never leave reviews but I hope I can save someone trouble by avoiding RJ.

Josh was helpful on the buying end and the trade-in part. Also with all steps of the process and offered to drive to Mt Pleadant to pick up the Title of my car. Then he was helpful with features of my new car while he was out here.

We were shopping for a car for my daughter and unfortunately went to another dealership. I am not sure why because we had already bought one car from Fred Anderson and had been delighted. We knew the moment we walked in we had made the right decision. Our salesmen Marlon was polite and professional. We were able to take a test drive immediately and knew this car was perfect for my daughter. We were immediately able to get a bottom line price. This was not the case at the other dealership. We will not hesitate to go back to Fred Anderson. The service department has been wonderful as well for our other car. The finance coordinator Tyler was great to work with. Very efficient and concise. Thank your Fred Anderson for an amazing experience.

Allie, Matt, and Taylor were all wonderful to do business
Allie, Matt, and Taylor were all wonderful to do business with. I bought a pre-owned Mercedes, and even though it's obviously a different brand, they still made sure that the car was properly serviced and brought into great condition before the sale was completed. This was also internet purchase from Texas, and they all went to great lengths to accommodate everything from photos, and prepurchase inspection, a repair, paperwork, and helped with the shipping. As a former car salesman myself, I was very pleased with the entire experience.
