Jeremy lacks people skills.
Jeremy lacks people skills..he was very ignorant to me..very in sensitive..told me to go borrow more money from my friend..I had cash to buy used car..he was persistent on wanting to know why I guy like me walks around with cash to buy a car..very insulting.. I would never walk ft on this dealership again...made my experience at this dealership the worst I've ever experienced...

Greg, I apologize that Jeremy upset you. You brought 40K of cash to the store which was not enough for the purchase of the car. You shared with Jeremy and Brent you could borrow another thousand from your friend and we were still 1 thousand away. Jeremy was simply just telling you that you needed to borrow another thousand to have enough for the total purchase price. Fred Anderson Toyota truly exceeded our expectations! My husband and I are both Active Duty Army, and we traveled out of state to come here. Allie kept us updated and answered all our questions before our visit. Our sales representative, Eddie, was outstanding in-house—knowledgeable, helpful, and fully committed to guiding us through the buying process. The finance manager was professional and very efficient. I had over 6 offers, and they beat them all. The service was top-notch, and we got a great deal on our new Tacoma. We see why they sell more than 400 cars a month. Highly recommend—be sure to ask for Eddie!
