Matthew Catalano was very professional and personable.
Matthew Catalano was very professional and personable. He patiently showed me how to utilize the cars technology. There was never any pressure. He came across as genuinely wanting me to be pleased with my choice. The dealership was very busy and only reason not 5 star is it took 3hrs 45 minutes to complete my transaction due to car being held up in service dept even though I notified dealership the day before that I was coming to purchase vehicle. Was hoping the maintainence would have been done in advance.
