The truck I came in to see was unavailable, but there was a better one waiting for me. The sales man, Elijah McNaughton, didn't try to upsell me or get me into a truck I didn't want. Elijah was helpful and not even slightly pushy. He really let the product sell itself. His amount of interaction with me was perfect. Elijah worked very well with the trade-in and finance team. He was just great. Matt Worlock, I think that was his name, the used trade-in guy gave me a fair appraisal for my truck, and helped closed the deal. The finance guy, Matthew Lawrence, was also great. He took the time to explain everything to me, and I didn't feel like he was trying to rush me out of there. He helped me find a warranty plan that was right for me. Wendy, the online sales rep that I first spoke to was also a great member of the team. She called me about an offer but it was a bad time for me to take the call. She promptly called again at my requested time. One last employee that I would like to mention, and arguably a very important one as she was my first impression of your dealership. The lady working the front desk this morning at 9am. I didn't get her name, but she was kind and inviting. She realized that I was waiting for too long (15 minutes) and she apologized sincerely and brought Elijah right over to see me. You have a great team here at your dealership, and I would 10/10 recommend y'all to my friends and family.

Where to start? Everyone there was SO NICE. They did not pressure me into buying something, getting a brand new car, or anything. This was the first car I'd ever purchased for myself, and they were so understanding. Brent was FANTASTIC. Matt L., the gentleman in finance, went to bat for me and my husband to make sure that every decision we made was in our best interest both realistically and financially. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are in need of a new/used car, please consider them.

Trying to find a used truck in Florida, all were high
Trying to find a used truck in Florida, all were high miles, pricey, and they were in the 2018 year. Traveled for vacation to SC, drove by Fred Anderson, a used truck, low miles for 33years, great price, great condition. The people at Fred Anderson got us the $ we wanted, helped with transport, and did the SC to FL transfer. Very easy to work with. Great experience! Mary Ann C. Florida

Nice dealership, but sometimes there are so many customers you feel lost in the machine. But, I was there during the national computer crash, so things were a bit slower… Elijah was great. We ordered Sienna. Elijah said, 4 to 6 months. And sure enough it arrived 4 months later. Thank you Elijah. Maverick is the best service advisor! Just thought I would throw that in …
