Truly exceptional

Tonya is to be commended for her outstanding professionalism, unmatched knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. This was truly the very best car purchasing experience that I've had. That fact is due in large part to Tonya. I'm hoping to get 300,000 miles out of my new 4Runner but if for some reason I need to return for another vehicle in the future Id be hoping to get her as a sales representative again. Congratulations on having a world-class sales representative in Tonya

superior teamwork

Both Chris and Alesia were very helpful throughout my first independent car purchase. They patiently answered all of my questions, shared valuable information to guide me through the process, and then when I realized I needed to rush home to pick my kids up from school, they assisted in expediting the process while maintaining a conscientious commitment to making sure everything from a contractual and finance perspective was handled with precision and accuracy. It was a great experience!

Fun, stress free, reliable

This was my first time ever buying a car and Kenny made it fun and stress free! He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle even when I couldn't describe it and was incredibly patient even though I initially hadn't planned to buy that day. He found me a car I love within my budget, pressure and stress free. Highly recommend him to anyone buying new or used. You're awesome Kenny!

No pressure sales

We had the great fortune to deal with Rodney. He was exactly what we look for in a sales associate. He was there to answer questions and get the best deals available to us. He did not pressure us with lots of questions and sales tactics. We came in to the dealership told him our expectations and let him know we were not there to wheel and deal but just get the bottom line best price. We did our homework knew our threshold and he did his best without all the in and out of the managers office. He made the sale!!!

15000 mile service

Courteous prompt service. The service person retrieved my car from the lot and brought it to the door of the service department!

Mark Searcy and Blake we more than helpful! Mark continued to keep me updated on the location of my new car while I was waiting for it to be delivered. Both Mark and Blake were incredibly personable and fun to work with.

Top of the line

I dealt with Kelly Mitchum who is very presisant and extremly knowledgable. She wants to sell you a car but refuses to drain you of everything. A car is a large expense which is why im glad to I was with her. She was very good a negotiating with the manager and was able to get me right where I wanted, and with the car and warranty I was that was not easy. I made her day stressful yet she stuck with me the whole day.
