Met my needs completely

John made the process easy. He went to bat for me to get the deal I was looking. I was on a tight budget, but with his help, we got the car I wanted into an affordable price range. I am very pleased with the service all the way around. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I will certainly send anyone looking for a car to this dealership.

Great experience with the staff here!

The attention and service I received here was exceptional! The process of buying a new car for the first time went easily and I enjoyed all the help that Eric, Ashley and Blake offered!! I love my new car!

What I was looking for

I really enjoyed working with Regina she answered all of my questions, and there were a lot. They worked hard to find me exactly what I was looking for. I really like the fact that I get oil changes for the life of my car. Blake in the financing department was really organized and helpful. As my sister says "this car rocks."

Would definitely recommend

My brother purchased a car from Fred Anderson Toyota last year and recommended them to me. I am so glad I listened. Great dealership! Great service!

Leroy is always so friendly and helpful when I come I for service. It makes getting your car serviced a much more pleasurable experience than some of the others I've experienced.

Remarkable Customer Experience

Matt Lawrence exceeded my expectations, and was truly a professional when dealing with him. He is a very knowledge and a honest person who acted as my one point of contact for every question I had for my entire car buying experience.His response time was impeccable for a sales representative. He answered every question with a great sense of urgency. The interaction was perfect and I wouldn't change anything to keep my loyalty.

New Sequoia

Chris did a super job and had just right touch in helping us stay focused without being high pressure. Love the new Sequoia and would recommend the Fred Anderson experience.

Quick service, they washed my car along with oil change and we were on our way back home in 30 minutes.

No High Pressure - Wonderful Buying Experience
