One of the Best Car Buynig Experiences

From the beginning, the entire sales team was straight forward and upfront about everything. Danny Marflake has been the best salesman we have worked with, even though we changed our mind on the vehicle we decided to buy at the last minute. Thanks to his hard work and the flexibility of the sales managers we were able to leave Fred Anderson Toyota in the new Toyota we wanted. I would definitely buy from them again. The finance department also worked quickly and was able to beat the APR we were quoted from our bank.

2014 Tundra

I just wanted to take a minute to thank the guys that helped me with my Tundra. Steve and Eddie are very knowledgeable and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. It was nice not to feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. They answered my questions and gave me time to make my decisions. This is my first Toyota and when I'm ready for another one I know where I'm going.

Purchased 2005 Highlander

We found the 2005 Highlander on the Fred Anderson website. We had been working with the Fred Anderson Toyota in Columbia SC , where we live. We were looking for a clean low mileage vehicle for our daughter. I spoke with Danny Marflake on the phone and we basically worked a deal out on the phone. We all drove to Charleston to look at and drive the Highlander. It was in GREAT shape and drove wonderfully according to my daughter. Danny was a pleasure to work with. Very easy going and up front about everything. Not pushy!!! He had the vehicle full of gas, clean and shiny, ready to go when we arrived. Bill Utnick did a great job taking care of the financing. He went the extra mile getting a lower interest rate for the older vehicle. Every employee we encountered at the dealership that day was very friendly. We highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston.

Happy Customer!!!

I didn't go in to actually buy a car I went in to look at a car my husband thought I might like....yes and I fell in love with my Toyota Camry Chris Mitchell made my experience so easy my husband told them what we could an could not afford and he jumped on it then went into finances and Mrs. Alesia Durr went beyond to get us the best rates and payment I really do give them 5 stars they definetly made me happy.

Purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry SE

Thanks for helping us Saturday Chris! You were very helpful in the whole transaction. We visited one other dealership before coming into Fred Anderson Toyota and it was like walking out the dark into the light! You told us so much about the car we were looking at and about Toyota themselves. The other salesman did not do any of that, he just got the keys and we took a test drive. So thanks for being thorough! Dealing with the right people does make a difference!

Technician

The technician was very helpful and I was in and out within 1.5 hours. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, even walking me to my car once service was completed.
