My Husband and I purchased our 2012 Camry SE from Fred Anderson Toyota, and had such a wonderful experience. Our Salesman Chad was very patient, friendly, and accommodated all of our needs. Every step of the process from the test drive to financing was taken care of with ease. I appreciated the fact that Chad followed up with us after we bought our car as well, just to make sure everything was perfect. That is the ultimate customer service !! Everyone was wonderful to work with. They listened to my requests and worked with me to get me in the car i wanted. Ashley Christani was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient with our multiple questions and requests. The finance manager Alesia made the financing of the vehicle painless.

I knew what I wanted and did my research ahead of time, but Tonya was still very helpful and told me things I hadn't found in my research, which confirmed my decision even more. She constantly kept me in the loop and gave me continual updates to let me know when my truck would be arriving. Eddie was also a fantastic help with the financial side of things. I have dealt with Tonya in the past and absolutely love her. Unfortunately she was unable to be there that specific day when I came in but she made sure that I was well taken care of by some one else. To me that is one dedicated person to her job. Thank you for everything!
