Product knowledge
To whom it may concern, I recently visited your facility in search of a car for my son. The salesman who served us was very professional as well as friendly. He was also very knowledable about your cars. Unfortunately my son was not able to afford the one he really wanted but our experience there was such that we would return to purchase our next vehicle when the time comes. Great place to buy a car
Kenny did a great job getting us the car we wanted. He did not try to get us to buy something we did not want. It was a relatively low stress experience. I hate dealing with dealerships to buy vehicles but this was a very positive experience. Don Hesher was also very nice to work with. He made it a point to come over a speak with us as he was from our home state of Indiana.

New Car Purchase
Traveled from Myrtle Beach to purchase a 2015 toyota corolla from Fred Anderson Toyota. It was well worth the drive to Charleston. Upon our arrival at the dealership my wife and I were greeted by Ally Stewart. Throughout the our whole car buying experience Ally went above and beyond to make the process as easy and smooth as possible. When it comes time to purchase another car my wife and I will request to work with Ally Stewart.

Great salesman & overall great experience
Chad Eaton, the salesman who helped me, was wonderful. I am slow and deliberate when making a major purchase like a car and need time to research and reflect, and I never felt pressured or rushed. He was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs. I settled on a Prius. Since I've never driven a hybrid, I had concerns about how it would perform in different situations (merging onto a highway in heavy traffic, for example). He arranged for me to take it overnight so that I could test my comfort level with the car in different driving situations, including night driving. After the test drive, I was pretty sure it was the car I wanted, but I still had to look at some other cars, just to be sure. He was very patient with my deliberations. When I finally felt comfortable with my decision, the actual sale was a pleasant experience as well, even though it was half an hour before closing time on a Saturday. My old car had developed a gas leak, and I wanted to take the new car right away, but there was a small issue with the rear bumper cover of the new car. Chad made sure that it would be fixed and it was written into the contract. (He even came in 4 hours before his shift started the day I dropped it off to set me up with a loaner car and to make sure things went smoothly). I had some questions about the particulars of the sale, and Chad took them to the sales manager, and they took the time to explain things even though it was so late. Alesia, the business manager, was very pleasant to work with as well. I left feeling happy and very comfortable with everything; no nagging doubts or second-guessing myself because they took the time to explain things and did not rush me.
