Very nice dealership.

Very nice dealership. clean, organized, easy to look around and view cars. Great customer service as well. Anthony helped me find exactly what type of car I was looking for and was very considerate and respectful of my budget and didn’t try to oversell me. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

It all started on May 31 when I had the oil changed in my

It all started on May 31 when I had the oil changed in my 2021 Sienna. I was visiting Charleston, SC and it was convenient. The service writer did not advise me as to what an oil change and tire rotation would cost, in advance. In Florida, my home, an oil change is usually $58.95. I was shocked when I was charged $200+ for synthetic oil change and tire rotation and a tire balancing was added. The service writer was giddy. Within days, I published a review on dealerrater which resulted in a call (06/13) from the dealer offering a full refund, if I would delete the review. I agreed and deleted the review within minutes, however, I never received a refund. Shocker. I then called the service manager on 06/17 asking about the refund and was told that a check has been processed 06/16. Well it's July and still no refund. Beware. Get your price in advance and don't believe anything they say.

I have dealt with Eddie Cooks in previous sales so I knew he would make the sale of my Grand Highlander painless and extremely easy. He showed me everything in the car and said if I couldn’t figure something out to come back and he would reshow me. His personality is one of the best I’ve seen. Pleasure doing business with him.
