Went to dealership to check out vehicle,it was not on lot, probably sold,walked the lot for about 45 minutes looking for something to buy,no one came out to help,so I left

My apologies, it doesn't happen often but sometimes we'll miss if someoneis on the used lot because it's on the other side of our servicedrive. With that saidthere's still no excuse and it shouldn't happen. There's a good chance we could still have that car if you were interested as the vehicle could have been going through our recon process or on the deliveryside of the building if someone had an appointmentto come see it. After speaking to several dealers, we ultimately chose Fred Anderson Toyota because they were easy and kind to work with from the start. Andrey was very communicative and made the process seamless. Derrick was great at finding and nailing down the exact car we wanted and Taylor made the financial process a breeze.

I was greeted immediately as I approached the building

I was greeted immediately as I approached the building and offered help. The facility was clean, sunny, and full of friendly faces. I wanted to test drive cars, and unlike other dealerships, I didn’t have to go sit at a desk and fill out paperwork first. I provided my ID, quickly signed a form, and was headed out to see cars. This was the first time I’ve gone to a dealership alone to look at cars and was relieved that my experience was nothing like I had feared. Jowaine listened actively, made me feel comfortable, and never pressured me into a sale. I didn’t end up buying from Toyota, but honestly, I wish I could’ve worked with Jowaine at other dealerships. If any of my friends or family are looking to buy a Toyota, I’ll send them straight to Jowaine!
