This place is a scam they claim to have this warranty that will fix the vehicle they have sold me 3 vehicles one which need a engine replacement one which needs a transmission replacement and one that he repossessed just solely because he stated he would rather not do business with me he Issac has taken over 8,000 only one was behind on payments which has been non working for the past 3 months he feels he repairs them and does not he stole one vehicle back for absolutely no reason he then said he would transfer to another vehicle with the transmission failure but now is stating he would rather not do business he is a scam artist at the finest Issac r will scam and lie to you the whole time then get mad and pick vehicles up for no reason please do not purchase from this dealership

The staff here were great they were able to get my friend who needed a car bad into a decent car that was affordable and they really worked with him i would give 5 stars but he just got it so hasnt driven it much but seems do be in really good running order

After 2500 down and 2 days of dealing with these people they came and picked up the Tahoe because my wife's check didn't post . And said we never gave a down payment and they want 800 dollars for the repo . The place is a scam

Our family has purchased over 6 used vehicles from AP Auto Brokers over the years, including one last month. They've always been awesome to work with and we've never had an issue.

Issak its been 3 weeks going on 4 weeks that you said you had put a check in the mail for the over charge plus a check to return your lock key box your salesman left in the vehicle. I grew up with a handshake being good as gold but your proving this wrong .

Bought my Toyota 4runner from AP Auto Brokers. One month and less than 1,000 miles later my check engine light started flashing and car shaking vigorously. Read the errors on an OBD tool that revealed a misfire in cylinder 4. Brought it in to AP Auto Brokers and then was surprised and very disappointed to find that they charged me $155 for the repair. I went to a broker to buy a car that was in good working order, and I am appalled at this lack of customer service!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

We recently purchased a used vehicle from AP Auto Brokers, and I would highly recommend them to others. Actually, I have already recommended that several of my friends check them out! We looked over and drove several vehicles, and we never felt pressured or hurried to decide. After dealing with other high-pressure sales tactics and shady dealings at other car dealers, it is so refreshing to find a business that is honest, straight forward, and allows you time to think it over! Additionally, at AP Auto Brokers they were willing to work with us on price, and we feel we got a terrific deal on an excellent vehicle! We will definitely be back when the time comes to shop for vehicles again. Page.

I have been doing business with this dealer since 2010 and between myself and my family have purchased three vehicles from this dealer and traded one vehicle in, in the process. They have always been very responsive and their pricing has been very fair and competitive. I have also used their repair shop and their paint and body shop and have been very satisfied, both with service, quality and pricing. I would highly recommend them as an option for a good used car.

I emailed AP Auto regarding a used a vehicle and have never heard back from them. I would NOT recommend using this auto dealership ever!
