I really appreciate Dustin Johnson in the Service center. He always goes above and beyond. I thought I was going to pay a lot but he filed a claim against my warranty and I left out paying zero dollars. Thank you

I’ve been very happy with the service I have received at

I’ve been very happy with the service I have received at Rick Hendrick BMW. I have a 2011 BMW X5 that I purchased elsewhere and I feel like I’m treated with the same respect as someone with a brand new BMW purchased at the dealership. I’ve worked with Daniel Lee and Chad Tinti in service for numerous repairs and they have been great with making sure my issues are addressed. Everyone I’ve interacted with in service is genuinely friendly which is not always the case in my experience at luxury dealers. No, they’re not the cheapest option but I feel really good about the quality of work and service so I’ll continue using them.
