AMAZING SERVICE!
Amazing experience from start to finish! Eldwin, my service advisor made sure I was taken care of. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant! The facility was very clean and bright! Large waiting area with comfortable seating. Eldwin checked back to let me know of findings during service. Next, seeing my CRV ( with hood open) while hearing a recap of service provided from the tech who handled service on my CRV impressed me even more!! When service was complete my service advisor walked me to the cashier and made sure I was happy with the service experience. Nothing but the best to say about the service I received!

Service Advisor, CJ, is always professional and helpful. He never tries to "sell" me services that are not needed. He reviews my service record and together, we determine what really needs to be done and an appropriate time frame to have it completed. CJ has been taking care of my Hondas for over 10 yrs.

Great service every time

Maintenance
My service manager, Vince Toscaro, was exceptional . He kept me updated throughout the appointment and explained some of the work terms to me, as I am not use to the responsibility of getting maintenance service done.
