Richard in the Service Dept is always very helpful. Remembers me, is quick to respond, explains everything and fixes the problem. I do think it would be a nice touch if the car were washed whenever it goes in for service. Our previous dealership always did that, which we appreciated. I don't blame Richard for this, I assume it is a dealership or corporate policy. Thank you.
