I found it very easy process. I test drove one day, only found minimum additions or to many additions, on the lot. Next day I went back and asked Charles if I could order one. He printed out a quote from what I wanted, it was right around the price I wanted to pay. I took it home, discussed with husband. Went back the next day and ordered. It did take longer than expected, but that was not Charles fault. And when it arrived I was ecstatic! I ordered the orange Fury and she is beautiful!

I came looking for a Maverick. All the ones that were in stock did not interest me in one way or another. Either not enough added in or too much added on. The next day I went back and asked Charles if I could order one. We went into his office I told him exactly what I wanted, he plugged in the info and printed out the spec sheet for me to take home and talk with hubby. Went back in the next day to order. Everything was very quick and easy. When it came time to do the paperwork, I think it ght it would be 2 to 3 hours. They knew I didn't want to do that, I am a caregiver to my husband, and can't be gone too long. I was out of there in just over 1 hour! They did not skimp on explaining, we just went kinda fast! They were fabulous!

I've requested 3 times during service that the rear side window be adjusted and hasn't been done, I even marked with blue tape the last time and still not fixed. When the car was picked up I showed and that it be and they said they would bring it to their attention. Car returned and not fixed, all other service no complaints
