Unfortunately this service appointment did not start well. I called and made an appointment to have a damaged tire replaced. I was told one was in stock and I could come in the next day. I dropped off the car and after waiting half an hour, I was told that they sold that tire to someone else that morning and that I could come back the next day. I left work an hour early to make the appointment. Doesn’t your service department put a hold on parts they know are needed when they set up an appointment? VERY disappointed!

Atlantic has been great for service and have been using them for 10+ years. I bought my first car there and had a very good experience with Jesse. Negotiation was smooth, they treated me well, price was right, process was very efficient. John sold me an extended warranty I didn’t plan on buying but am glad I did. I recommend them highly.

Jesse was a decent salesman during the sale. Although after the sale, I never heard back on the touch up paint he said he was going to order and provide. I am also starting to think that I may never get a return call from your service manager, Peter, on how he is going to have the ports, that were broken and not disclosed before the sale, in the center console fixed so that I can use all of the functions that Jesse sold me on while test driving this vehicle. Your service manager dodged and didn't return my calls until the "warranty" expired. That is some used car selling, for sure.
