Although Mike was nice to work with, there was a snafu when discussing my trade-in. I asked him how much and he said $16,000 (Carvana said $18,600). I said that's low. He said my car had something over 100,000 miles (he mentioned a specific number but I have forgotten it). I told him my car had 56,000 miles. He walked off and a woman approached and asked me to sit down at her desk. She asked to see my other offer (which gave me $18,000 for my trade-off). She walked off and came back and said my first offer was very good and that she couldn't match it. This review asks me to rate the transaction process. We really didn't get that far.

My salesperson Gretchen was patient as I was testing the cars. Purchasing the crosstrek was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Atlantic Subaru. The owner came down to talk with us. Impressive.

This is the third Subaru dealership that I have done business with in the past two years. They are awesome. I purchased a new car from Kim, a Sales Associate, who is an unbelievable encyclopedia on Subaru specifications and driving functions.Great doing business with Atlantic Subaru. Haley was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Kept me posted. Changed and put in correct time. (changing the time is so confusing. When I had my forester it was a breeze.
