I cannot say enough good things about Choice Auto Center.

I cannot say enough good things about Choice Auto Center. Rich was incredibly sweet, attentive, accommodating, down to earth, up front, honest, easy to work with, and humble! And Ray, the charismatic and magnanimous owner, is a beautiful force to be reckoned with. Beneath the forward veneer of charm and salesmanship is a true and honest soul, working the family business he built up from the ground UP. My needs for a car were very unusual and they were able to accommodate me in spades! And that includes the other employees there, seamlessly handing all the paperwork involved in transferring to a new car (used in my case), and his SON, double checking the work with plenty of charm like his dad, and *Ali* doing odd jobs with thoughtfulness and care. It sounds like a sales line when he says he wants you to be part of his family, but by the end of the whole negotiation I really feel I have new friends -and good contacts for a car- for life! Not to mention now every day I get to drive around this quirky little unexpected dream car that I love. THANK YOU CHOICE AUTO!!!

Buyer Beware !

This place pays more to have reviews taken down than any legit big auto dealership does. I wouldn’t buy a car here if they sold it to be half the price the customer service and what’s really under the hood are that bad. BUYER BEWARE !

They SCAMMED me.

I’m 19, they sold me a car at 20% interest and the car ended up being totally screwed, I’m paying $40,000 for a car listed as $28,000… it’s a bmw, the check engine light turned on a week after purchase, yesterday I got a engine malfunction light and my car was thrown into limp mode. I called them and first thing I did was ask for a name, they kept playing games with me over the phone and never told me who I was speaking to. They said if I clear the light on my own they were gonna take away my warranty… I can’t drive 40 miles away on the highway going 30 MPH and they expect me to get my own tow. They tried selling me the car with a bubble in the tire and when I called them out he wanted to buy 2 USED tires to throw on the car “because a new one is too expensive”, the TPM light is on and it was when I test drove it, they said they’d fix it but they lied, my iDrive screen randomly turns black and the only way you can turn it back on is if you shut the car off and let it sit for 15+ mins… I went to autozone got my check engine light diagnosed and got 3 codes, one being a power train system code… picking up the car after I bought it was 2 weeks of xxxx, they said the car would be right 3 days after purchase, a LIE they couldn’t pass inspection and didn’t tell me there was existing codes at the time of purchase so they cleared them all before I got there and explained why I had to wait 2 weeks for (tires) than the day I go in to get the car, the other front tire had a bubble and it popped right before I took the car, so did they even replace that tire? I just wish they would do what’s right before I have to waste more money on a lawyer. They are very two faced and in-sincere.

Great experience

01/05/2003 I highly recommend Choice Auto Center. Ray & his team offered a great buying experience. I purchased a 2003 Mazda Miata with low mileage. Being a car that is 20 years old, there were a few issues. However, my sales contact, Rich, addressed all of the issues (even while battling a head cold). They keep me up to date & provided photos of completed work. I absolutely will be back for future automobile purchases

Highly recommended, purchase with confidence!

I purchased a 20 year old Jaguar from Choice Auto Center at a fair price. I dealt with “Q”, the owners son, and the owner. All three were professional and easy to deal with. I have waited 3 weeks or so to post this review because I wanted to be sure about the car. I have now washed and waxed the car myself, (one way to really get to know your car), and had my trusted mechanic go over the car, no surprises. I love this car thank you Choice Auto Center.

Excellent Car Dealership and Customer Experience

I had a very good experience at this car dealership. The salesman Q was able to give me all the information I needed on the car I was looking to purchase. Also after my purchase of the vehicle he was still able to help with additional information I needed. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car at a reasonable price.

Long Search is Over!!!

Walked into a smiling face! :) Sales person (Tony) was upfront & helpful. Finance (Ray) saved us money & got my son into a vehicle with all the things he was looking for and more! They had a large selection of manual transmission vehicles. Also had some nice convertibles.

Rude & Unprofessional

The young man who helped me was great but the owner was extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. Ultimately a waste of time and a disservice to legitimate car sales persons.

Friendly and welcoming

Ray and company fed my family while I waited and treated me fairly and with respect. I purchased a Ford Mustang Mach 1 and he delivered with all necessary repairs that were agreed upon. I recommend this dealership and will be back for future purchases.

Not stoked

I bought a 2010 Mercedes e350 less than a year ago that had “passed a full inspection” within the first few months of ownership I had to replace warped pads and rotors, new rims because every single one on the car was bent cracked and previously welded along with trash tires that had multiple chunks missing from them. While filling out paperwork they messed up and I had to redo pretty much all of it after spending my whole day there doing it already. Just not a great experience and would not recommend buying a vehicle from here
