Example: Select a vehicle for $13,900, find out there's an $8000 "finance fee" making the price over $22,000 for an '11 toyota. Was told "we can getcha a Great Deal".. avg condition sedan. Somebody had gotten it hot. Bad radiator, cap, coolant leaking, splattered across the engine and firewall, Brakes.. "Non Drivable" within 60 days of sale. There's also a $200 "deductible" on ALL WARRANTY WORK. That's right, your bi-weekly payments of $230 ($460.00mo) plus, $150 Full Cov Ins. =$610 monthly. The month it was "Non Drivable", it also had 3 payments. Plus the $200 "Warranty deductible". Equaling $1,040 a month. On a 2011 sedan? There's Tens of thousands of them. Just look around you. Long story short, that's the "practice" here, wait until you're broke, come take it away, and put 'er back on the lot, with $13,900 "Great Deal" on the wndshld. That's why it's so hard to get a history on them, (they don't want you to know that it's had 9 owners). I recommend to anyone who chooses this scenario, to drive it like a "scalded dog"! Get your moneys worth! At $40 a day.. 'Cause they're tapping their feet waiting to get it back out front. After you've paid $7000-$9000 towards the car, (that ain't even worth the $9,000 already paid on it). I won't mention their "our car only" insurance setup at this time. Thanks !

Disappointed
Very disappointed with my purchase...I've been dealing with auto now for about 2 1/2 years now never been late with a payment...on January 8 2019 I purchased a different vehicle from them and have had nothing but problems since...its been in a shop 3 different times a total of 2weeks replacing several different parts...this last time I had to pay for a rental that cost me $250 and then get a bill from the auto shop saying I'm required to pay $200 dollars the dealership wouldn't cover for a vehicle I've owned less then 3month so sad...they will never get my business again!
Disappointed
Very disappointed with my purchase...I've been dealing with auto now for about 2 1/2 years now never been late with a payment...on January 8 2019 I purchased a different vehicle from them and have had nothing but problems since...its been in a shop 3 different times a total of 2weeks replacing several different parts...this last time I had to pay for a rental that cost me $250 and then get a bill from the auto shop saying I'm required to pay $200 dollars the dealership wouldn't cover for a vehicle I've owned less then 3month so sad...they will never get my business again!

Amazing
Wow! I don’t know where exactly to begin, I was very skeptical about buying a vehicle from Auto Now based on reviews, but I’m so glad I DID! I went in with a vehicle I already had in mind from looking at the website, I worked with Paul I think is his name he was very professional and has great customer service skills, I hate buying cars so I hate the process but they made it very easy! I bought my vehicle and a few days later I had an issue, I called Jeff the manger and was treated with respect and again great customer service and he took care of the issue 100% didn’t try to haggle or negotiate just took care of it and pleasant to speak with! Most people only right bad things that are not dealerships fault so I’m leaving an excellent review Incase some of you are on the fence! This company really cares about its customers and the quality of vehicles they sell, I’ve bought vehicles from all different places in the metro including commercial lots like ford and this is by far the easiest, most friendliest, and honest! You don’t get this kind of care going through major car companies!
