Bought a new Camry from them and which has all 4 tires has a defects. Actually, they should not sell new car with defective tire with 0 miles. They should done PDI but look like didn't did properly. When i went to dealership and ask for resolution. Their service department sent me to tire dealer for warranty claim. Tire dealership wants around $170 for tire replacement for brand new car. I called sales person, and they went above and beyond to help and hold service department to fix this issue. I dropped my brand new at service department to fix but they didn't offer loaner. When i asked they told me you should be ok to drive with this tire. Really, all 4 tires has a bulging, rubber wall separate and Goodyear oem recommended to me do not drive. Now my brand new car at dealership service department from last 10 days. I hope they will be able to replace all of my 4 oem defective tires. Lesson learned: don't trust. Check everything before car delivery otherwise you have to struggle to resolve the issue.

My experience was very positive. Jack (sales rep) was very accommodating in terms of providing quotes and information pertinent to the vehicle Danny (financial services) assisted in preparing the contracts and service options. All aspects of the purchase were handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Had service done on my car and they did a tire rotation with it also and chipped every one of my new black rims that I just put on my car about three months ago because they let them face down i'm assuming.now I have chips on one of my rims not happy about paying that kind of money to have things just no taking care of.
