Efficient oil change

Great experience on Saturday. Oil change and tire rotation. It went smoothly and was not a long wait. I did have an appointment for the service. The service was done right and the personal service was very good as well.

Great job, service process was great, new communication methods are excellent, however communication with Bianca was excellent, she was awesome.

Good experience, simple and efficient processes to purchase. Tony was very friendly, & knowledgeable. The same goes for Adam. No pressure from them. The car was prepped nicely and ready to go. The trade-in offer was very low (we had done our research well on the value of our car) but we expected it to be and chose not to trade-in. Felt some uncomfortable pressure by the manager trying to convince us to trade-in. Another dealer on the same street offered $3500 more to outright purchase our car from us. Overall I would recommend dealing with AutoNation Honda Sanford and would consider buying another car from them in the future.

Our salesman was Sergio and he was really incredible. This dealership really took care of us with absolutely no snags at all. Richard St. Louis was very helpful as well.

We went to AutoNation Honda in Sanford.

We went to AutoNation Honda in Sanford. We worked with Austin and our experience was great a Sales Manager came over and chatted with us while we waited for Austin to become available. The process was straight forward and much faster than I am used to experiencing when buying a car. Everyone was great from start to finish. And the finance manager helped us get a service contract for around the same price as our original payment. Overall a fantastic experience!

I have been coming to this location since 2008 for my car

I have been coming to this location since 2008 for my car leases and vehicle service. Always easy to schedule a service appointment and relatively quick in and out (probably 1 hour at most). I will continue to make the drive to go to this location.
