Dealership was attentive in trying to get me help

Dealership was attentive in trying to get me help although it seemed hard for them to get someone to help me. I was pleased with the service even though there was a minor hiccup on their end and I had to return the next day in order for it to be done properly. Overall pleased and they even ran my car through a car wash and vacuumed the mats inside of my car which I did not ask for, but it was going above and beyond.

Service was exceptional.

Service was exceptional. A little backed up on a Saturday. About 2-3 hours for a scheduled appointment but they were honest and up front with me as soon as I arrived which was excellent. I did not get the run arounds about how long it was going to be or any excuses. I was told upon arrival. Service went great and the texting tool has to be the best thing the automotive dealerships have done. Very easy and Bianca communicated with me throughout the entire service. Great Job!!! The service manager and the master mechanic or excellent.

The service manager and the master mechanic or excellent. I had to wait a while since so much had to be done for my 100,000 mile check up. They both kept checking on me and advising me what needed to be done along the way. I greatly appreciated that. I have been going to this dealership for at least 20 years and have always gotten great service.

We were greeted by Grant as we walked in the front door. Never felted pressure once during the sale. We wanted to purchase a Pilot Limited and drove out with a beautiful Pilot Black Edition. WOW, nice.

I was not happy about my oil change yesterday, I was told

I was not happy about my oil change yesterday, I was told it will take 2 hours finally after 3 hours my car was done. I don’t know if I will return to Honda for oil change again.
