Always Excellent Service
We purchased our Honda Pilot from AutoNation Sanford, FL and have brought it back for scheduled maintenance for the past two years. Our Service Advisor is Travis Bussin and he is excellent. He and his team are professional and very efficient. Travis will only recommend what he thinks needs to be done. We are very happy with the total quality of our service visits and the courtesy shown by AutoNation Honda and Travis and his team.

15000 Mile service
From driving into the service write up area it was a positive experience. I was greated by a young man who introduced me to my service writer, who explained they would evalutate my Pilot and then walked me to the customer waiting area. Later Dan ) my service writere came out and explained the evaluation and I selected the service I wanted to have done (no pressure, just explained the options). Car was serviced & washed, Best experience I ever had from a dealership.

Good service
The Sanford Honda wasn't the dealer I normally have do maintenance for my CRV. Brought the car for a recall issue on software update. Scheduling was easy, the repair was done quickly. The service technician was helpful and informative. I didn't rate the quality of repairs because it takes time to know if the repair was quality work or not.

AutoNation Car Buying Experience!!! Wow!!!
Wow, easily the best car buying experience of all time! Selected a car at another dealership and arrived from it being damaged. AutoNation offered a wonderful price and honored it when I arrived. Went so well I ended up buying TWO cars the same night. the other dealership said they couldn’t match! My sales rep Nancy stayed with us the entire way all the way through delivery and left her family at dinner to ensure we had the most pleasant experience. Thank you AutoNation!

Service and Dealership Feedback
Brought in my Pilot for service. While waiting looked at some of new vehicles. The $800.00 dealer fee makes Auto Nation a no go on purchasing a vehicle from their dealership. Service was good, Service Advisor took good care of us. Vehicle work was done very quickly and efficiently. Will continue my service at this Honda dealership.
