Everything I bring my vehicle in for service, I get the best customer customer service from Travis. I am greeted with a smile from Brian and kept up to date on the progress. He always let's me know what services are needed and what services can wait until my next oil change. They have shown that even though they are short staffed they can provide the service needed. I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Sergio was a delight to work with. I found him patient, knowledgeable and very good at presenting his answers. I was particularly impressed by his willingness to consult senior members of the team to ensure that he had the best answers to my questions. I also found Keith very knowledgeable and easy to work with. All in all, I experienced excellent Customer Relations Management from these representatives and sincerely hope this continues.

I went to the dealership two different times to look at

I went to the dealership two different times to look at vehicles. My sale guy Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me cars I asked about and upon him asking what I was looking for he made a few suggestions and without him showing me those vehicles I never would have looked at them. He helped me pick out the perfect car for me. Once we started the paperwork he made sure I was good and didn’t need anything. He was even helpful when it was time to take my things from my old car and put them into my new car. He moved them side by side next to the dealership where there was lots of lights. It had honestly been a pleasure to buy a car from him. He also made sure that I understood everything I was signing and getting with my new car purchase. I told him I had not bought a new car myself before. The next time I’m in the market for a new car I’m definitely going back to Martin! Thank you so much so Martin!

Prompt and efficient check-in.

Prompt and efficient check-in. Good communication while my car was serviced. Good service recommendations, with helpful pictures sent to my phone. Service advisor Kenny was great. This was my visit here.

They don't know how to communicate with potential

I've been trying to buy a 2019 grand spot corvette from this place for the last week in half and I'm not getting anywhere I called and text Anthony he's responds to maybe one are two text messages and then nothing I asked for the numbers to purchase the car on Saturday it's now Monday and I still haven't heard back , spoke with my bank who's already got me financed for the car but I'm getting now where with this place I'm at the point now that I'm not going to beg them to take my money there are other dealership that will be more than happy to take my money, so now moving on to another car
